By law, we are not required to provide a refund for change of mind purchases, however
we are committed to excellent customer so we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution for you, should any issues arise.
We will help you to find a solution if the item you have purchased:
- Has a manufacturing fault or is unsafe.
- Doesn’t match the samples or description.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would.
- Doesn’t do what you asked for.
Any faulty items will be returned to the supplier, and upon examination, the supplier will advise if the jewellery is faulty, hasn’t been used as per the manufacturers instructions, or if it has been damaged through wear and tear.
Miss Sassy will then, for a faulty item:
- Offer a refund, exchange or replacement of the piece, if still desired.
If the item is not faulty, we may offer you a discounted price to replace the damaged item.
Rings can not be returned due to incorrect size ordering, if the sizing was not measured by Miss Sassy. All ring sizes are checked before leaving the office to make sure they match the size ordered.
We really want you to love your jewellery and will do our best to make sure you have the right item, for the right situations and for a very long time! Please read all descriptions carefully and email any questions you have for any items.
